Abstract
Shia has used many verses and narrations to prove the immediate caliphate of Amir al-Mu'minin and from the hadiths that can be examined, the hadith has been excluded from the names, and also the elders of the Imamia have used various methods to prove the Imamate of Amir al-Mu'minin and those scientific methods and Motaqan is the method of the late Mirhamed Hossein, may God have mercy on him. In this article, the research problem is that; What is the documentary ruling of Hadith Kasr Asnam with emphasis on the method of Allameh Mirrahamed Hussain, may God have mercy on him? The result of the research carried out with the descriptive-analytical method and by referring to the first-hand sources of Sunnis as well as some of their manuscripts is that the Hadith of Kasr Asnam is not mutawatar according to the famous opinion of Sunnis; But based on scientific principles such as; Abu Bakr Baghalani, Ibn Hazm of Andalusia is a Mutawatar. In addition; The document of this narration is correct based on the principles of Ahl al-Sunnat Rizal as a single report, and it has the ability to be protested.
