The complex performance of the Jews and their efforts to camouflage and remain hidden behind the antagonisms and oppositions to God's prophets has caused them not to be recognized as the main enemy of the prophets throughout history and has caused the followers of the path of guidance to not have sufficient knowledge about the role of this antagonistic enemy. And this is an important challenge that has existed continuously in different eras. Based on this, we found it necessary to remove the mask from their faces in two important periods of history, namely the era of Jesus Ibn Maryam (peace be upon him) and Amirul Momineen (peace be upon him), to reveal their true face. This stubborn enemy is one of the important obstacles in front of the clear path of divine prophets, which has always been an obstacle to the right path; Therefore, getting to know the Jews and understanding their goals and methods is an undeniable necessity for planning, determining and compiling a correct and effective counter-policy and appropriate and timely reactions. In the present article, the author seeks to identify the enemy during the lifetime of Jesus (peace be upon him) and Amir al-Mu'minin Ali (peace be upon him) with a descriptive-analytical method and a comparative study. One of the most important results of this research is that the secret of comparing Imam Ali (peace be upon him) to Jesus (peace be upon him) is clarified in the statements of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and by analyzing the methods of the enemy's movements in front of them, the mask of the Jewish face is revealed and their influence and role in deviating the society from the right path is determined.
