They consider this hadith to be a testament of the Holy Prophet that it has become a "diagnostic text" due to the description of Asim Man al-Dalal, and it is impossible to cite it falsely, and the claimant of falsehood will perish. As a result, since Ahmad Basri cited this hadith and it was not destroyed, he is right. in thisThe writing assumes that the hadith of the will is attributed to the Holy Prophet, firstly its description as "Asim min al-Dalal" has been examined and it has been shown that the transfer of this description to the hadith of the will is solely based on the evidence of the Sunnis in the matter of the pen and duwat. has taken place, although there is the opposite in Shia sources. In the Shiite sources, this flow and the writing of a will after that, all of them It happened on Monday - the day of the passing away of the Holy Prophet - not before that and between Thursday and Sunday night. Therefore, in addition to the hadith of the will, which is related to Sunday night, it is reported from another letter that was written on Monday, that it is the same will of Asim min al-Dalal that the Holy Prophet intended. حدیث موسوم به حدیث وصیّت، اصلی‌ترین دلیل احمد بصری و پیروانش بر حقّانیّت اوست. آن‌ها این حدیث را وصیّتی از پیامبر اکرم می‌دانند که به دلیل موصوف شدن به وصف عاصم من الضّلال، «نصّ تشخیصی» شده و استناد باطل به آن محال است و مدّعی باطل، هلاک خواهد شد. درنتیجه ازآنجاکه احمد بصری به این حدیث استناد کرده و هلاک نشده، برحقّ است. در این نوشتار با فرض اینکه حدیث وصیّت منتسب به پیامبر اکرم باشد، ابتدا موصوف بودن آن به وصف «عاصم من الضّلال» بررسی شده و نشان داده شده است که انتقال این وصف به حدیث وصیّت، صرفاً مبتنی بر مدارک اهل تسنّن در ماجرای قلم و دوات صورت گرفته، حال‌آنکه در منابع شیعی خلاف آن وجود دارد. در منابع شیعی این جریان و نگاشته شدن وصیّتی پس از آن همگی در روز دوشنبه - روز رحلت پیامبر اکرم- اتّفاق افتاده نه پیش از آن و در فاصلۀ پنجشنبه تا یکشنبه شب. لذا علاوه بر حدیث وصیّت که مربوط به یکشنبه شب است، از مکتوب دیگری گزارش شده که در روز دوشنبه نگاشته شده است که همان وصیّت عاصم من الضّلال مورد نظر پیامبر اکرم می‌باشد.<br>همچنین نشان داده شده است که بنابر مبانیِ ارائه شده از جانب این گروه، ازجمله آخرین وصیّت بودن، حدیث شریف ثقلین بر حدیث وصیّت ترجیح دارد و به‌عنوان آخرین سفارش نبوی لازم‌الاخذ است که هم موصوف به عاصم من الضّلال است و هم دلالتی بر مدّعای این گروه ندارد و نامی از احمد نیز در آن نیست. https://jep.emamat.ir/article_247654_4d3bb0176c8c98033975168512903129.pdf
